The Super Vertical Multi Press is a machine that reproduces the arm extension exercise on a horizontal bench with a barbell, used to train the entire pushing muscle chain formed by the pectorals, triceps and anterior deltoids. The machine has significant advantages over free barbell execution in terms of convenience, safety and effectiveness. Seated working position with upright back makes using the machine easier, more intuitive and comfortable.
