The Lat Pulldown Convergent allows a complete training of all the main muscles of the back, such as great Dorsal, Great Round, Rhomboid, and Trapezius. Brachioradial biceps are also involved in the movement. The converging trajectory of the levers guarantees a natural and physiological movement on the scapular plane that results in a complete and uniform development of all the muscles involved in the movement. The independent levers allow you to train in a mono and bilateral way allowing a uniform muscle development. Handles allow three types of grips: wide semi-supine, narrow semi-prone and prone (medium and wide). The machine is also equipped with a central handle that guarantees stability in mono lateral training. The gas-assisted seat, and the padded knee stops, allow maximum comfort, and offer a natural physiological seat that guarantees effectiveness throughout the entire range of movement.
The Lat Pulldown Convergent has a movement trajectory that make it ideal for specific and complete training of the lateral muscles of the Back such as the Latissimus Dorsi and teres major. It stands for:
- Seat and knee-stop rollers with height adjustment;
- Independent levers for mono-lateral or bilateral performance;
- Physiological load curve;
- Multiple handgrips for prone, semi-prone and semi-supine grips;
- Central fixed handle to stabilize the body during the mono-lateral performance.
