Horizontal leg press
The Horizontal Leg Press allows you to train the leg muscles through the extension of hip, knee, and ankle, activating femoral quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. The wide footrest provides a stable support base in the execution of the movement and maximum freedom for feet position, to vary the training of the muscles involved. The machine can be equipped with adjustable trolley (optional) on two positions, to work with different inclination and focus the training on different muscle areas. You can also adjust the starting position to suit the different needs of the athlete.
