Adductor/abductor machine

The Adductor/ Abductor Machine allows with a single machine to train the complex of abductor and adductor muscles of the thigh performing mono-articular movements, respectively of abduction and adduction of the hip, on the transverse plane in sitting position. Thanks to the special transmission system it is possible to switch from the abduction to the adduction movement by simply rotating the paddings.
