The Belt Squat is ideal for a complete workout of the entire thigh muscles.It has been modified in the following aspects:
- the shape and size of the footplates, which now have a fold so that now exercise can be performed also with the feet forward;
- the central support handle, with the introduction of a second support;
- the belt hook, closing the profile of the rings and adding a third one.
