Cable crossover
The Cable Crossover is a multi-functional station that allows you to carry out all the movements effectively and safely ensuring a wide freedom of movement. The station design allows convenient and safe use of up to three users simultaneously. The main movements allowed by the station are:
- PULL-UPS AT THE BAR with three different multiple bars that allow three main grips, PRONE, SUPINE AND NEUTRAL to fully train the back muscles such as Gran Dorsal, rhomboid and trapezius.
- LEG RAISE to effectively train abs.
- MAIN CROSS CABLE exercises as crosses with cables that offer a constant resistance to maximize muscular stimuli of Grand Pectoralis, anterior deltoids, biceps, and triceps, dorsal.
- LATERAL, FRONT AND REAR CABLE LIFTS that allow to train the deltoid bundles in a complete way.
