Calf hack machine

The Calf Hack Machine is designed to fully train lower limb muscles. The wide platform and the seat inclination, allow the user to perform both the movement of Hack squat, both the movement of Calf Raise. The muscles mainly involved in the Hack Squat are all quadriceps muscle bundles as vast intermediate, vast lateral, vast medial and rectus femoral, both the hamstrings and glutes, as a function of how you place your feet in the wide platform. Calf Raise allows you to train your calf muscles such as gastrocnemius and soleus. The machine can be equipped with a Super grip platform (optional) that guarantees greater stability to the support base that results in a greater effectiveness of the technical gesture.
