Lateral deltoid

Lateral Deltoid isolates the lateral portion of the deltoid muscles. Supraspinatus muscle is also involved in the movement. The opportunity to adjust the seat height and the presence of Joint Centres that promote the correct position, make the machine suitable for any users. In addition, the independent levers allow mono and bilateral movement for a uniform and complete development of the muscles involved. The spring counterbalance reduce the empty load during the performance of the movement.
