Peck Back

The Peck Back is a dual-function machine designed to isolate the sternocostal portion of the pectoralis major and the posterior deltoid, through precise single-joint movements of horizontal adduction and horizontal abduction on a purely transverse plane. In the second function, the horizontal abduction of the humerus is accompanied by scapular adduction performed by the rhomboids and upper trapezius, ensuring an effective stimulus across the entire upper and mid-back region.

The two independent arms are equipped with variable-profile CAMs, which modulate resistance throughout the full range of motion with a bell-shaped curve that reflects the natural physiological strength profile of the muscles involved.
