The Pullover Machine is designed to replicate the multi-joint dumbbell or barbell pullover movement in a biomechanically optimized way, ensuring synergistic activation of the involved kinetic chains — particularly the pectoralis major (sternocostal fibers) and the latissimus dorsi — with stabilizing support from the scapulohumeral muscles.
The machine enables a shoulder extension movement with a 240° range of motion, ensuring full muscular recruitment in both the eccentric and concentric phases, resulting in an optimized hypertrophic stimulus. The integrated variable-profile CAM provides natural and physiological load adaptation throughout the entire movement arc.
The ergonomic multi-grip handle allows the user to target the muscles from different angles, supporting individual biomechanics. It is also counterbalanced, reducing the lever’s empty weight to improve motor control and movement fluidity. The pre-load lever facilitates the initial phase of the exercise, allowing users to train safely even with heavy loads.
Plus
- CAM system for natural load adaptation.
- Multi-grip handle for narrow grip (without elbow support) or medium-wide grip (with elbow support).
- Counterbalanced lever to neutralize the empty weight of the exercise arm.
- Pre-load lever for a physiological and safe movement start.
