The Seated Leg Curling allows you to train the back muscles of the thighs such as the hamstrings. The sitting position allows greater stretching of the muscles involved thanks to the increased angle of hip flexion, which results in a more training stimulus. You can also adjust the range of motion. The presence of the CAM ensures a natural adaptation of the load.
