The fully guided trajectory allows for controlled linear movement, maximizing work in terms of hypertrophy and force development. The biomechanical set-up is designed to reduce stress on the lumbar area compared to the free squat, allowing the athlete to focus on knee extension and quadriceps activation, with the possibility of modulating the involvement of the buttocks and hamstrings through the adjustment of the platform and the different positioning of the feet on it. The compact design and low-friction wheel system ensure smoothness, stability and safety even under high loads. Advanced ergonomics promote a natural and physiological start of movement, while integrated safety systems allow professional training in full control.
