Squat and Calf: professional 2-in-1 squat and calves machine
The Squat and Calf Machine is a professional multifunction machine designed for the complete training of the muscles of the lower limbs, combining the squat and the calf press in a single station. The squat function allows a guided movement that stabilizes the trajectory, maintaining freedom in the management of the spine and allowing the athlete to find his or her natural thrust set-up. This results in a complete development of the quadriceps, glutes and posterior thigh muscles, with an optimal distribution of loads along the entire kinetic chain. The physiological load curve is designed to respect the natural trend of force during hip and knee extension. The integrated retractable platforms quickly transform the machine into a calf press station, allowing effective work on the triceps surae (gastrocnemius and soleus) in total safety. The spring-loaded counterbalance system reduces the curb weight of the thrust unit, improving the management of initial loads and making the machine suitable for both advanced athletes and reconditioning and athletic training programs.
